Bruce Lewitas has litigated financial services disputes for three decades, beginning his career as an Enforcement attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and thereafter serving as both in-house and outside counsel representing both individuals and broker-dealers. Bruce has overseen thousands of matters involving customer disputes, employment matters, regulatory inquiries and internal investigations.

Lance R. Minor is a lawyer with over twenty years of experience representing clients in both personal and business matters in the federal and state courts located in the Chicago area. Mr. Minor's practice primarily consists of sophisticated civil lawsuits involving both personal and business matters. He has trial, appeal, and arbitration experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Minor was named to Illinois SuperLawyers for 2012.

Mr. Galer is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and New York and the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. He completed his law studies at The John Marshall Law School (Chicago) and American University (Paris Program), then received his Master of Business administration in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University (Chicago). Following law school, and prior to establishing The Galer Firm, P.C., Mr. Galer worked as a litigator in New York City.

Jaz Park concentrates her practice in labor and employment law including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, retaliation, and unemployment insurance claims and appeals. She is available to serve as a private mediator in disputes between parties upon request.

Jim Dash concentrates his practice in real estate-related litigation, with an emphasis on construction (including mechanic’s lien claims), as well as title insurance defense work. Jim’s clients include a number of companies whose businesses are in, or related to, the construction industry.

Although Jim prefers to resolve disputes by agreement, when an agreement cannot be reached, his effective work in the courtroom has led to a number of client-favorable, published opinions that have helped shape Illinois law regarding construction and mechanic’s liens.

Steve’s practice includes commercial and business litigation, construction law, mechanic’s liens and bond claims. He provides efficient and effective representation, taking business, personal, and practical considerations into account when advising clients. Steve has experience representing clients in trial and appellate courts at both the state and federal level, and in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.

Daniel Rubinow is a veteran in the field of regulation and litigation relating to business licensing matters. Prior to founding the License Law Group, the majority of Daniel's legal career was spent prosecuting business licensees before the City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, the City’s License Appeal Commission, and the Cook County Circuit Court.
