My practice involves civil court cases in real estate, business transactions, contracts, construction, mechanic's liens, collections, home improvement contracts, consumer protection, employment, independent contractor agreements, licenses, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks and trade names, nuisance, fraud, business torts and government contracting and bonds. I handle cases in all of Maryland's state courts, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

I help people separate and divorce with dignity outside of court through mediation, collaborative practice, and legal coaching. I believe families can continue to be families after divorce.

Ms. McCann earned her B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1979. She graduated the University of Baltimore School of Law Magna Cum Laude in December of 1996 and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in June of 1997.
