Lindsay Cambron’s primary area of practice is environmental law. She advises clients on regulatory matters and compliance at local, state, and federal levels and has extensive litigation experience, representing clients in cost recovery actions, toxic tort claims, and appeals of agency decisions. With ten of my 30 years of legal experience devoted to prosecution, I have unique insight into how both New Jersey state and federal authorities bring charges and how they argue cases.

Her practice focuses on employment litigation matters, protecting the rights and interests of individuals in the workplace. Her clients include victims of harassment, discrimination, and other individuals who have been wrongfully terminated. She also helps indivduals recover compensation for owed wages, including unpaid overtime or minimum wage violations, and for violations of federal, state, and local leave laws including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.
