Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.

Jonathan Davis is a transactional attorney concentrating in commercial real estate. Jonathan’s practice also includes the representation of institutional and private lenders in mortgage loans and other secured transactions. Robert Kosicki has extensive knowledge dealing with tax controversies at the administrative and court levels. He works with non-profit organizations, helping them with planning, structuring, and guidance. He assists with non-qualified deferred compensation plans and all aspects of tax planning. Robert has also obtained tax-exempt status for Type I, II, and III supporting organizations. In addition, he has reorganized multi-entity non-profit organizations in order to create parent subsidiary structures.
