Her clients include victims of harassment, discrimination, and other individuals who have been wrongfully terminated. She also helps indivduals recover compensation for owed wages, including unpaid overtime or minimum wage violations, and for violations of federal, state, and local leave laws including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

My practice focuses on the protection of brands, products, and services through the application of trademark, copyright, design, trade secret, and commercial contracts in transactional and litigation matters. My background as the founder and designer of an international consumer goods company lends me practical business insights into my clients' legal needs.

Doug Kortrey is a former in-house attorney who has held various positions in privately held and publicly traded technology and communications companies and who specializes in the areas of commercial contracting, licensing (software, content and other intellectual property), employment law, telecommunications, law department management and intellectual property portfolio management. He has served as an advisor to and counseled start-up, growth and mature companies for more than 25 years providing legal and business advice to technology innovators on new product development and in negotiations of inbound services agreements, marketing and distribution agreements, and domestic and international outsourcing arrangements.
