I've been an attorney for more 30 years and a municipal prosecutor in a host of towns for 25 years. I've also dealt with complex business matters while serving as corporate counsel and in other corporate leadership positions.

Before my legal career, I served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour as an infantry commander during the evacuation of Saigon and other cities in Vietnam. I am passionate about serving my fellow veterans and making sure they get the benefits they deserve.

Ellen has been representing individuals and businesses in the Delaware Valley area for thirty years. She is a litigator at heart, but works hard to get results for her clients through negotiation and out-of-court settlements if at all possible to save them time and money. Many of Ellen's success stories involve bankruptcy cases, but Ellen has also had successes in State Court, including obtaining an impressive $1.8 million jury verdict in New Jersey Superior Court not long ago.
