George H. Roberts, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has been practicing estate planning and administration since 1975. His emphasis is on estate planning and administration, elder law and school law. He also provides services in real estate and assists those clients who own a family business. Mr. Roberts was a Town Justice in Lewisboro for many years, and is also a Certified Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education.

The Arfa Firm's practice includes counseling of clients and representation in litigation and arbitration in wrongful termination, unpaid wage claims, overtime disputes, bonus and compensation disputes, claims involving discrimination (including sexual harassment), breach of contract, restrictive covenants ("non-competes"), whistle blower and related employment matters.

I am a licensed attorney in New York, including the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Federal Court District of Connecticut, and Vermont. I hold an L.L.M. in Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law.
