Mr. Miller is one of the founding partners of Miller Mayer, LLP. Mr. Miller’s practice is concentrated in the areas of matrimonial law and real estate. Mr. Miller has earned a reputation as one of Ithaca’s premier matrimonial attorneys with extensive trial experience. In addition to his work with Miller Mayer, Mr. Miller has also taught at Ithaca College, was the City Prosecutor for the City of Ithaca, was an Assistant District Attorney for Tompkins County and has served on the board of directors of several not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Schaye’s practice exclusively focuses on EB-5 regional center, developer and investor representation. Mr. Schaye has also represented companies and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including extensive trial and appellate experience. In 2012, Mr. Schaye successfully defended an international executive against a foreign governmental agency’s attempt to enforce a multi-million dollar foreign default judgment in the United States. The judgment was held to be void in the U.S. for failure to meet U.S. standards of due process.

Mr. Reed’s practice focus is on intellectual property. Her EB-5 clients include investors investing in both Regional Center projects and in qualifying individual EB-5 investments.
