Molitoris. When the bankruptcy laws were overhauled in 1978 Attorney Safos was appointed to be one of four on the permanent panel of Trustee in the bankruptcy court located in Youngstown Ohio. Taylor Ward has extensive civil litigation experience spanning a variety of business and consumer related matters. By conducting many hearings and trials in the past two years, he is fully conversant in trial practice and advocacy. Mr. Shaffer is a native of Steubenville,Ohio. He is married to Arlene B. Angel-Shaffer, Esq. who is currently retired. His daughter, Sarah and her husband are both Registered Nurses. They are the proud parents of three sons. His oldest son, Daniel is a student at Carlow Univerity and working at HVL Laboratories. His younger son, Joseph is currently serving in the United States Air Force.

Thomas Schaffer comes from a family of eight, and started working at age twelve for his father’s farm and grain elevator.
