As a former Columbus City Prosecutor and Franklin County Public Defender, he gained valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the State’s system.

Mr. Shaffer is a native of Steubenville,Ohio. He is married to Arlene B. Angel-Shaffer, Esq. who is currently retired. His daughter, Sarah and her husband are both Registered Nurses. They are the proud parents of three sons. His oldest son, Daniel is a student at Carlow Univerity and working at HVL Laboratories. His younger son, Joseph is currently serving in the United States Air Force.

Morgan focuses her advocacy on teacher, administrator, coach, and professor representation in disciplinary investigations and hearings, Title IX investigations and hearings; misconduct proceedings against the Ohio Department of Education, and contract disputes; student representation in sexual abuse litigation; and employee representation in discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
