Jeff received his law degree in 1980 from Capital University Law School and his undergraduate degree from Gordon College in 1977. He has been an adjunct professor at Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University).

Barry Rabin has been practicing law in Chester County since 1983, representing clients all over Pennsylvania.
