I practice primarily criminal defense at the trial and appellate levels. While I have cases in state and federal civilian courts, my caseload focuses heavily on military law, including courts-martial, administrative separation boards, correction of records (but NOT discharge upgrades), security clearances, and other administrative issues.

I am a consumer bankruptcy lawyer with ten years experience practicing bankruptcy law. From August 2008 to May 2013, I worked for the offices of a Chapter 7 Trustee for the Southern District of Texas.
