Additionally, we provide advice and services regarding commercial leases to property owners and tenants, including the preparation of legal opinions for commercial closings.

My primary focus is on full service commercial and residential real estate transactions with particular emphasis on document preparation and escrow services, commercial due diligence, foreclosures and foreclosure workouts, landlord/tenant relations and construction lien rights.
