Gabriel Harrison was born and raised near Bellingham, Washington. He attended Western Washington University and in 2004 earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science. Gabe entered the University of Oregon Law School in 2009 and graduated in 2012.

Gabe has been practicing immigration law since 2013. He currently owns Harrison and Pai, PLLC with his law Partner, Holly Pai.

Arlo advises clients on business matters related to China, Latin America, and Web3. He spent nearly two decades in China, leading compliance and development initiatives for multinational companies across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, before practicing law in Colombia. During his time in China, Arlo collaborated extensively with corporations, international nonprofits, and educational institutions. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish, he is a skilled negotiator, even in environments that strongly favor local players. With deep expertise in Chinese law and culture, he excels at bridging communication gaps between foreign and Chinese businesses, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in their interactions.

A naturalized U.S. citizen who emigrated from India, Akshat has lived on four continents and speaks five languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Spanish, and Catalan. His professional involvement includes the Rotary Club of Bellevue, the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, and the Eastside Legal Assistance Program.
