Irene graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1981.

Irene is also admitted to the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Tax Court.

Irene is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Trumbull County Bar Association, and NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives).

Matt was born in Ironton, Ohio and graduated from Dawson-Bryant High School in Coal Grove, Ohio. After graduation, he attended Miami University (Ohio) and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business. Matt received his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. While attending law school, Matt worked as a law clerk for a workers’ compensation firm in Columbus. Ms. Meisenhelder joined the law offices of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy in 2012 and focuses her practice on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Jamie was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 2000 and brings a wealth of expertise, experience and knowledge to our firm.

Robert Muehleisen originally hails from Toledo, Ohio and is a 1990 graduate of Ohio University and a 1993 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1993 and in Pennsylvania in 1995.

I have been a practicing attorney focusing on all types of injury cases (automobile accidents, products liability, workers' compensation, etc.), wills and estates, probate, social security disability and domestic relations cases for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in all of those areas and have an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for over 17 years--the highest rating an attorney may have. I am a member of the American and Ohio Associations for Justice as well as a member of local bar associations.
