I represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. For business owners I can assist with formation, contract and general consulting matters. For many matters I offer services at flat-rate pricing.

Lisa has practiced employment law for employees in Maine, Florida and Maryland for over 15 years. For more than a decade she worked with legal services in Maryland and Florida representing migrant farmworkers on employment conditions, wage, health and safety and worker exploitation issues. My primary focus in my practice is assisting taxpayers with tax debt resolution. I help my clients by eliminating tax debt when I can, or, arranging affordable tax debt repayment of actual tax liability. I find it extremely rewarding when I watch the relief overcome people during an initial consultation when they learn about their options and strategies available to manage tax debt. As Judge Learned Hand pointed out, "there is nothing sinister in so arranging affairs as to keep taxes as low as possible."

At this time, I am only offering Mediation and ADR services. Most of my cases are divorce and post-divorce matters and probate matters, although I do mediate a variety of other types of cases (family business, unmarried co-ownership cases, etc.).
